Spine is loose and taped up on the outside with clear tape. Stains on the cover are visible in our photograph.  The back cover also has staining.

There are even pages with advertising, such as a bank and a railroad.

Slight soiling her and there, with some chipping on page corners, but overall still in fair condition; and again, very scarce!
