Top and Bottom part of the spine missing;  the part that is there is detached from the back hinge, so the front board (connected to the spine portion that’s still there) is almost detached, but not quite.

Text is good; overall pretty good other than the spine.

Inside the front cover is the name, looks like cursive, but we think its a stamp, (and its a bit faded) of the name Nephi Jensen, LDS author.
