This is an unbound or disbound copy of this large heavy book. It starts with page 15 and many pages are loose; the bulk of this book comes in two sections still all bound together; so most of the book is here, but not all of it.

A few pages of pictures are photo-copied and stuck in the stack. Not really sure how many pages are missing, but the title page certainly is, and the first 14 pages.

Since regular copies will cost around $500, or more! we are pricing this mess at an even hundred dollars for someone who just want the information and doesn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars to get it.
