This certificate is in pretty good condition. Dated January 26, 1923.

It is signed by Elder Geo. F. Richards, who served as an Apostle from 1906 to 1950, then as the Acting Presiding Patriarch from 1937 to 1942, then ultimately as President of the Quorum of Twelve Apostles.

This Apostle’s signature is quite scarce, as are these types of certificates.
