Description

The from dust cover has multiple stains with a large red one in one corner, along with tearing and dents at the edges. The spine has a couple stains and water damage at the bottom edge with fraying at all the edges and signs of wearing. The back dust cover has a large tear at the bottom edge, fraying at the edges leading to some pieces falling off at the top, and clear signs of aging at the spine. The back of the dust cover has been taped to hold it all together, with the cover having fraying, dents, minor markings, and discoloring at the edges. The first page is ripped with a blue marking with tearing at the edges for the first couple of pages as well. All pages have a large brown stain at the edge, with clear yellowing and minor tears as well. The signature of the author is on the cover page, but there is also a sheet with Heber J Grant’s signature on the first page as well.
