We can’t tell if this is a letter by President J. Reuben Clark (of the LDS First Presidency) or if it’s a letter to him, or about him, or what.

Three sheets of paper, front and back, making a total of six pages in ink.

They start off with Pres. Clark’s name and address. The letter talks about travels to New Yersey, and to the town of Romney.

Two of the sheets are stationery from the Genealogical Society of the Church, but are written on upside down.
