It was signed and owned by former presiding bishop Victor L. Brown.

The front dust cover has a large sticker residue spot with scratches, marks, and fraying. It’s ripped and torn, with a large tear at the bottom with fraying, and missing pieces at the top edge. The spine has scratches and markings with major fraying at the edges with the top edge being ripped. The back dust cover has white fading and markings with scratches, the edges of the cover is ripped, dented, and tearing. The cover has dents and fraying at the edges. The spine especially has dents and scratches at the corners. The back cover is in good condition. The first page has writing in pencil, with minor markings on the last pages. The inside pages are in good condition, but the edges have smudges, scratches, and larger stains at the top edge. There is a thread of the spine loose as well. One of the pages has a stamp from Bishop Brown set into the page.
