Fair condition, brown, leather-bound book.  The cover has tears, pieces torn off, scratches, scuffing, some warping, and stains.  The internal binding is torn.  The pages throughout are stained.  Some pages have pieces torn off.  The front inside cover has writing in pen that has bled onto the front flyleaf, which also has additional writing in pencil and eraser marks.
