Fair condition, small, blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  Cover and spine have wear, as well as some minor tearing.  Corners of cover have creasing.  The inner binding of the spine is loose, with some tearing along the inside edges (The majority of the pages are very loosely attached to the cover, but the binding of the pages themselves still holds strong).  Inside cover has a signature in blue ink.  Cover page has some pencil marks.  Text throughout book is clean, clear, and legible………………………v120 Bx685
