This item appears to be a typed, or copy of a typed, manuscript. Its a history of the small Utah tow of Bunkerville. Only 14 pages. Stapled paper; cover title and author name appear to have been inked on the paper. (It appears to have been a 15 page item, but the last page is missing.)

We see no book or pamphlet out there by this title, so we’re not sure if it was ever published before. The manuscript has been consigned with us by a vendor-collector who got it at an estate sale.

Unique! Most likely quite rare. We have no record of having sold one before.
