Fair condition, small, green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, heavy scuffing, fading, tears, fraying, some pieces torn off, and bent corners.  The title page has been torn out and is missing.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  The front inside cover has patches of tearing.  Some pages have stains or pen marks.  The first page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
