According to Davis’s Introduction Wulf Barsch is the “creator of symbolic religious art.” Nibley, in his essay entitled “From the Earth Upon Which Thou Standest” he proclaimed that the effect Barsch’s art has on him is “exactly the effect the reading of the Scriptures has on me.”
