Fair condition, dark blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, some fading, some tears, tape, small pieces torn off of the corners, fraying, and loosening of the fabric.  The title page and first 3 pages are missing.  The binding is a bit crooked.  The internal binding is torn and a bit loose.  Some pages have stains, tears, creases, wrinkling, writing or marks in pencil, or eraser marks.  The front inside cover and first page have ink stamps, and a sticker.
