Fair-good condition, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  The book has some very slight water damage.  The cover has scuffing, some fading, and slightly bent corners.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains from the adhesive used to bind them.

The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages are slightly creased.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
