Fair condition, thick, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, wear, some wear (particularly on the ends of the spine), and some minor tears (which are on the spine), and there’s some minor fraying on the corners.  Some pages are stained.  The fly leaf has some pencil marks, and the inside front cover has an old sticker.
