Fair condition hardcover with no dust jacket, and a spine replaced with tan paper.  The cover has this same tan paper to hold it to the covers, stains, scuffing, tears, small pieces torn off, fading, fraying.  The binding is fully exposed due to the spine being missing.  Some pages have tears on the edges, some pieces torn off, and creases.  Some of the pages are detached from the binding.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The third flyleaf has writing in pen.  The inside covers and flyleaves have large pieces of tape to attached them to the binding.
