Fair condition, small, booklet with a green spine.  The front and back covers have been completely torn off.  A previous owner’s signature in written on the cover page in black ink (they were named Alma H. Davis.Several of the pages are soiled with dust, dog eared, and worn in general.  The spine has been torn, and there are two small holes punched into it.  The text throughout is still quite legible.  Book kept inside a small plastic bag for protection……………………………..v1 Bx843
