Fair condition, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, heavy scuffing, fading, slightly bent corners, and some small tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is slightly torn and loose.  Some pages have small, stains in the margins.  The front inside cover has some tearing and couple pieces of tape.  The front flyleaf has a signature written in pen, an inscription written in pencil on the back, and a corner torn off.  The title page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
