Fair condition, small, blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, some long tears on the edges and the spine, with fraying, and small pieces torn off.  The binding is crooked.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  Some pages have stains, or small pieces torn off the edges.  The front inside cover and front flyleaf have writing or marks in pen, pencil, eraser marks, some creasing, and some tearing where adhesive was removed.  Some pages are partially detached from the binding.  The first title page also has writing in pen and pencil.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
