Fair condition, brown, 1/2 leather, hardcover with a brown spine.  The spine has fading, and the cover has scuffs, a large crease, and some tears and fraying at the edges and corners.  The edges of several pages have small tears, and fraying.  The inside front cover has a book plate from the author!  There is also a letter to the author inserted between the pages!  The flyleaf has some writing in pencil, and some eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible………………..v49 Bx1854F
