Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, some fading, bent corners, a piece torn off the top edge of the back cover, some stains, and some tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is slightly cracked, and has a torn piece of paper attached to it.  The front inside cover has writing in pen.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and some ink stains.  The edges of some pages have faint stains.  The back binding has a piece of torn paper attached to it.
