Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some scuffing, slightly bent corners, and the corners have some small tears and fraying.  Some pages have stains.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains, writing in pen, pencil, eraser marks, ink smudge, pieces torn off, and a small sticker.  A couple pages have minor pen marks.  The internal binding is torn., and some pages are loose.
