Fair condition, brown, suede Leather book.  The cover has heavy scuffing, tears on the edges of the spine that have caused the covers to be mostly detached, and some small tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is torn.  The pages throughout have stains.  Some of the pages are wrinkled or creased (especially the inside covers).  The flyleaves have writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The edges of a couple pages has small tears at the edges.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
