Acceptable condition. The leather is very worn leading to heavy fraying, bending, scratches, scuffs, and discoloring due to age. The first few pages are slightly creased at the corner with the first and last few pages having many smudges. One of the front cover pages have writing in pen, and the back cover page is heavily torn. The rest of the pages are clean and unmarked. The binding is very loose. The edges of the pages have many scratches.
