Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has slightly crushed corners, scuff marks, spots, a piece torn off the top edge of the spine, and tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is heavily torn, with large pieces of the inside covers and flyleaves having been peeled off.  The front inside cover has tape.  Some of the pages have been partially torn from the binding, but are still attached.  The flyleaves have writing in pencil, eraser marks, and some tiny stains.  Some pages have tears at their edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
