Fair condition, small, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has scuffing, scratches, including some larger scuff marks, fading, and the corners and edges have heavy scuffing, some tears, and fraying.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The second front flyleaf has an inscription written in pen, some unrelated writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The third flyleaf, and first title page (specifically no the back of it) have writing in marker, and marker marks.  The edges of some pages have stains, but these do not interfere with the legibility of the text.
