Fair condition, small, black, leather-bound book.  The cover has some scuffing and some tiny tears at the corners and edges.  The edges of the pages have stains and fading.  The ribbon bookmarks is torn and fraying.  The insides covers and flyleaves have scuffing.  Some pages have creases, stains, highlighting in pencil, or notes written in pen.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
