Fair condition hardcover with half of the spine torn off, the remaining piece being dark tan, and with no dust jacket.  The cover has a large piece torn off the spine, some small pieces torn off, discoloration, scuffing, fading, crushed corners, fraying, and dents.  The internal binding is torn.  The pages have stains, and creased corners.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
