Fair condition, thick, dark blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, some small stains, small tears, and some fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing the first couple pages to have been detached from the binding (but they are still included).  The front flyleaf has writing n pencil and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
