Fair condition, small, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, fading, some large tears on the spine, bent corners, and small tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is torn.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil and eraser marks.  Pages 153-156 have pieces torn off the edges, and some creasing.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
