Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The front cover has been partially torn from the spine.  The cover has tears, heavy scuffing, fading, bent corners, some small pieces torn off the spine.  Tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is partially torn.  The back inside cover has a crease.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The edges of several pages have stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have stains, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
