Fair-good condition, very thick, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some slightly warped edges, the name of a previous author engraved upon it, and scuffing and tiny tears at the corners.  The inside covers and flyleaves have yellowing at the edges.  The front inside cover has wrinkling.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
