Fair condition, large, black, 3/4 leather book.  The cover has tears, fraying, scuffing, pieces torn off, scratches, and a torn patch on the back.  The front flyleaf has a large sticker.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have creases, notes written in pencil, or stains in the margins, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
