1850? — Gems of Sacred Poetry — Miniature Book

This tiny book is only about 3 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide; there are 256 pages; and the edges are gold gilded.

The text block is quite good; the front board is loosening, almost detached, but barely hanging on.

Some kind of white staining on the front cover. We can’t find a date, but we see others listed on the internet (for more money) where they claim it’s 1850.
