Fair condition, dark green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The back of the cover has patches of water damage.  The cover as a whole has some scuffing, a small bit of wrinkling near the edges and corners, and some small tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding has a small tear.  The front flyleaf has a letter pasted to it with the signature of President Heber J. Grant, along with a couple other signatures.  The title page has writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
