Fair condition, hardcover with no dust jacket and with a spine that has discolored to a greenish color.  The spine has long tears that have caused pieces to be partially detached.  The cover has discoloration, fading, scuffing, and some tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The inside covers and flyleaves have large, dark stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil.  Several pages have stains or tears, but the text thereon is still legible.
