Fair condition, small, thin, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, scuffing, some tiny tears, and some fraying.  There are stains throughout the book, but the text is still clear and legible.  The front flyleaf has a strip of paper with a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has unrelated writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have tears, or small pieces torn off.
