Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has crushed corners, two large pieces torn off the spine (with a deep tear on the top of the spine) fading, scuff marks, stains, fraying, and tears at the corners.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
