Fair condition, thin hardcover with a brown spine and no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, a stain, the top and bottom edges of the spine are slightly crushed, and one corner has some minor fraying.  The inside front cover has been torn, from the front board, exposing a portion of the binding of the book.  The front flyleaf has some large pieces torn off and some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The back inside cover has a small piece torn off.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
