Fair condition, small, thin, staple-bound, light blue, softcover booklet.  The cover has discoloration, stains, scratches, tears, small pieces torn off, and the large sticker is starting to peel off.  The first page has writing in pencil.  Some pages have tears at the edges, or faint stains at the corners, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
