Good condition, off-white hardcover with a fair condition dust jacket.  The dust jacket has tears, pieces torn off, some stains, scuff marks, and some creases., and the top corner of the front inside flap has been cut off.  The front flyleaf has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf has a large piece cut off of it, which has cut off part of the inscription.  The first title page has a piece cut off of it.  The second title page has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and an ink stamp.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
