Fair condition, 3/4 leather hardcover with a black spine and no dust jacket.  The leather on the cover is peeling, has some pieces torn off, tears, fading, scuffing, and scratches.  The rest of the cover also has scuffing, fading, tears, fraying, and scratches.  The internal binding is loose.  Some pages have stains, or some small tears or residue on the edges.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
