Fair condition, large hardcover with a brown spine, and mylar jacket.  The mylar jacket has scuffing, scratches, and some tears.  The cover has stains, and some scuffing.  The internal binding has a tiny tear.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have faint stains, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.  The title page has a signature written by the author in pen!
