Fair condition, large, 3/4 leather book, with a brown spine.  The cover has heavy scuffing, some stains, tears, pealing, and fraying.  The spine has a long tear on the left edge that has caused it to be partially detached from the binding of the book.  The front inside cover has a large sticker with scuffing.  The front flyleaf has a tear on one edge.  The second flyleaf and the first title page have stamps and small stains.  The back flyleaves have some small spots or stains.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
