Fair condition, dark brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some stains, scuffing, a bubble on the top edge of the front, and the corners and edges have some tears and fraying.  The edges of most of the pages have writing in marker, and some stains, none of which carry over to the margins.  The internal binding of the back cover has a tear.  The inside covers and flyleaves have some stains, writing in pencil, eraser marks, writing in pen, a stamp, and some tearing.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
