Fair condition, brown, 3/4 leather, hardcover book with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy fading, heavy scuffing, stains, scratches, small tears and fraying along the edges and corners, and one edge of the spine has been torn completely free of the front cover.  The internal binding is torn.  The edges of the pages have stains.  There are stains throughout the pages, but, they do not interfere with the legibility or clarity of the text or illustrations.  The flyleaf has writing in pencil………………..v707 Bx1269F
