Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The spine has long tears on the edges, causing some of the covering to be partially detached.  The cover has heavy fading, some stains, and tears and fraying at the edges and corners.  The book’s internal binding has been taped, holding the covers firmly to the pages.  The pages have yellowing at their edges, and some are slightly wrinkled.  The top corner of the title page has been partially separated from the binding.  The title page has writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
