Fair condition, large, thin softcover with an off-white spine.  The cover has discoloration, scuff marks, stains, and some tiny tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The title page has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The title page also has some unrelated writing in pencil.  The internal binding is slightly exposed, but is still holding strong.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
