Fair condition softcover with a tan tape binding, and a mylar front.  The mylar front cover has discoloration, and some pieces torn off.  The back cover has fading, scuffing, some pieces torn off of the edges, and wrinkling on the edges.  The title page has yellowing along the edges.  The title page, and the following page have signatures written by LDS author Samuel W. Taylor in pen!  The second page has writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have pen marks, or dents caused by paper clips.
