Fair-good condition green hardcover with a dust jacket and mylar cover.  The dust jacket has moderate scuffing, some tears, some small pieces torn off, and fading.  The front inside cover has a signature and inscription written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf has writing in pen, and a large piece of paper pasted to it.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  There are notes and marks written throughout the book in pencil.
